Will you be doing appointments?
We won't be doing appointments, we will have a ticket system in place. Please click HERE and you still see out ticket system explained at the bottom of the page. This is also explained on our social media pages.

Do we have to wear a mask?
You are required to wear a face mask from Saturday 8th August.
If you don't have one you can purchase one from us for £1.

Is there an additional charge?
There is a temporary £2 surcharged added to every haircut.
​
Who can I bring with me to get my haircut?
We kindly ask that you avoid bringing other people into the salon who aren't getting their haircut.

Can I stand watching my child getting their haircut?
We may ask you to step away while your child is having their haircut, this is if they are old enough to sit on their own. Don't worry we will allow you to stay in the salon but just to the side. If we have too many people in the salon already, we may ask you to step outside and wait by the door.
Will you still cut young children's hair?
We will still cut young children's hair, we may ask you the adult to wear a mask though. This will be down to each barber, please respect our decision.

Will you still have newspapers for us to read?
Unfortunately we have removed all magazines and newspapers until further notice.

Are you still doing beard trims?
Beard trims are unavailable until further notice.

Can I still leave my coat and belongings by the coat stand?
Unfortunately we ask that you keep all belongings with you at all times. Please limit the amount of belongings you bring in with you.
We kindly ask that you are patient with us as this is a new experience for us as well as you. We have done out absolute best to ensure we have created a safe environment for us all. Hopefully all the information provided will help make the process a lot easier for you.
